The A.Me Verified Badge is a badge of trust that gives our student and parents confidence in the information provided in a tutor's profile. By applying for this badge, AssignmentMe will verify your profile and ensure there are no Criminal Records that could be of concern to our students (especially the younger ones). We will also validate your education, and experience listed on your A.Me Tutor Profile page.

By submitting this form, you authorize AssignmentMe, LLC and it's agents to make investigation of your background, references, character, past employment, education and criminal history record information which may be in any state or local files, including those maintained by both public and private organizations, and all public records, for the purpose of confirming the information contained on your AssignmentMe Tutor Profile, and/or obtaining other information which may be material to giving our students or their parents confidence in the character of an A.Me Verified Tutor. You also agree to execute as a condition of becoming and remaining a verified tutor on AssignmentMe any additional written authorization necessary for AssignmentMe to obtain access to and copies of records pertaining to this information. With regard to the foregoing disclosures, you hereby agree to release any person, company, or other entity from any and all causes of action that otherwise might arise from supplying AssignmentMe with information it may request pursuant to this release. You understand that any false answers or statements, or misrepresentations by omission, made by you on this form or any related document, will be sufficient for immediate removal of the A.Me Verified badge, should such falsifications or misrepresentations be discovered after receiving this bade on the AssignmentMe platform.
